Home Safety Inspection can find unseen hazards

The Alamo Heights Fire Department continues to promote the benefits of the free home safety inspection. Firefighters will complete a details checklist at your home to identify potential hazards and make recommendations to mitigate the hazards. Checking the lint trap and lint duct of your clothes dryer is just one of the fire safety issues the firefighters can address, using a special camera. Please schedule a time to allow th firefighters to complete the inspectiom and make recommendations to keep you and your family safe.  Please download the attached safety flyers in our "Community Education" section for important information.
